These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Mirax Casino. Please read them before registering.

Eligibility

You must be 19+ (or the legal gambling age in your province) and located in a jurisdiction where online casino play is permitted. Ontario residents should note Mirax operates outside AGCO's regulated market.

Account Rules

One account per player. Duplicate accounts, shared households, or false registration details may lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit C$20. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal. Weekly withdrawal limit C$20,000; monthly limit C$80,000. A 10% fee applies to early withdrawal before wagering is complete.

Bonus Terms

Prohibited Activities

Bot use, chip dumping, bonus abuse, and use of VPNs to bypass restricted-country rules are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Force Majeure & Disputes

Mirax is not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside its control. Disputes are handled first via Support, then escalated to the Curaçao licensing authority if unresolved.
